MISSION

To provide appropriate education, intervention, training and advocacy which will lead to awareness, empowerment and development of people with disabilities with the help and support of trained staff and care givers and to take measures for prevention, cure and mitigation of disabling conditions. All these measures will be undertaken with the cooperation of families, communities and other stakeholders.

  • To endeavor to rehabilitate all the disabled so that they also live in society like others live.
     

  • To carry out continuous door to door survey of the persons, afflicted by various disabilities.
     

  • To access the extent and type of disability and arrange for its examination.
     

  • To train the disabled at their door step wherever possible..
     

  • To ensure education to all the disabled  children.
     

  • Those, affected by polio be operated upon and made walk on their own.
     

  • To provide vocational training to all kinds of disabled people.

  • Other physically handicapped be provided with Tricycle, Crutches, Wheel chairs, Calipers, as per their own need.
     

  • Those having lost their limbs be provided with the artificial limbs.
     

  • To examine the deaf and to arrange for their trainings.
     

  • To educate the mentally challenged children and their parents for their proper up-bringing.
     

  • To ensure and do needful so that all the benefits for the  disabled offered by the Government be reached to the deprived disabled.
     

  • To provide support for economic rehabilitation of the disabled.
